I began working at Earlham in February 2018 as the vice president for finance and administration, where I was immediately challenged with reducing the budget by $2 million and succeeded. I came to Earlham from Colorado College, where I worked in a variety of roles for 20 years, most recently as associate vice president for finance/controller. The liberal arts college served approximately 2,000 students, and I oversaw the $183 million budget and $745 million endowment.
